Archibald Roy Campbell, Master of Campbell

1st son and heir ap. of Sir Duncan Campbell of Lochow, 1st Lord Campbell, by his first wife Lady Marjory Stewart, 1st dau. by his second wife of Robert Stewart, 1st Duke of Albany

Born: c. 1382

Married: (1) Elizabeth Somerville of Carnwath (b. 1389, d. 1419), daughter of John Somerville, 2nd Lord Somerville and Helen Hepburn.

Children by 1st wife:

1. Colin Campbell, later 2nd Lord Campbell, later 1st Earl of Argyll b. bt 1435 - 1440, d. 10 May 1493

Married: (2)  Margaret? Stewart, daughter of Murdoch Stewart, 2nd Duke of Albany,  and Joan Douglas before 1440.

Children by 2nd wife: Without issue.

Died: March 1446

Tenure: Died before his father

Note: He was also known as Gillespic. He was styled as Master of Campbell. He was also known as Celestine. He lived at Lochow, Argyllshire, Scotland.
